For Africa to know that Christ is risen!
JC2033 exists to mobilize Christians, ministries, and churches to celebrate the 2,000th anniversary of the resurrection of Jesus Christ in 2033.
As part of this vision, the Africa regional gathering will bring together Christian leaders from a wide range of denominations to share the vision, encourage one another, and mobilize around the core message of the Gospel: Christ is risen!
Who should attend?
Church leaders, pastors, worship leaders, Christian influencers, and JC2033 ambassadors from English-speaking Africa.
Purpose
- Share the vision for the 2,000-year celebration.
- Mobilize and launch a national strategy.
- Equip leaders to make an impact in their own nation.
Program
The gathering starts on Wednesday, 27th January 2027, at 6:00 PM, and finishes on Friday, 29th January 2027, after lunch.
Plenary sessions, workshops, prayer times, and worship celebrations.

Registration
Space is limited.
Registration is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee (92,000 Ugandan Shillings or 25 USD) plus 50% of the gathering fees.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will incur a 25 USD administrative fee. The remaining balance will be refunded within 60 days after the event.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
Cost
- Registration fee: 92,000 Ugandan Shillings or 25 USD
- Nican Resort: 677,320 Ugandan Shilling (184 USD) per person
- This includes 2 nights and all meals
Airport Transportation
Airport transportation will be organised and offered for free by the Host Organisation. If you wish to be picked up at the airport, then please complete this form by December 31st.
