This gathering in Nepal aims to motivate and equip Christian leaders from Nepal and the South Asia with the vision of the 2000- year Jubilee, enabling them to bring about long-term and life-changing impacts in their communities.

JC2033 will share its vision to celebrate 2000 years since Jesus's resurrection. Together we will discover the greatest Christian witness in history!

You will engage in cross-cultural and interdenominational worship and prayer.

You will experience inspirational teaching and testimonies.

You will be motivated, trained, and equipped to take this vision to your communities and make a life- changing difference.

 

General Conditions

Costs:

• For Nepal nationals, the fee is NR 1000.
• For South Asia nationals, the fee is USD 90.
• For those outside of South Asia, the fee is USD 368.

The costs for the gathering include:

• Registration and gathering  fees.
  Handouts.
• 3 nights in a double/twin room at a hotel in Kathmandu (the name and address of
  the hotel will be communicated once the reservation process is complete).
• Full board (starting with lunch on the 19th and ending with lunch on Feb 22nd.)
• Drinks and snacks during coffee breaks.
• Transport to and from the airport
• National travel organized or approved by the organizing team.

The costs for the gathering DO NOT include:

• Flights and international travel.
• Visa costs.
• Travel and health insurance.
• Supplement for a single room.
• Additional drinks or snacks.

Registration and payment are open from August 18, 2023, until January 15, 2024. You will receive a confirmation email along with the bill, which should be paid within 30 days of receipt, but no later than January 15, 2024.
The registration will be complete only after paying the registration fee of NR 1000 (for Nepali nationals) and USD 50 (for non-Nepalese), which is non-refundable.

Costs for cancelling a confirmed registration: 

Canceled 61 or more days before the event: USD 50.-
Canceled 60 – 41 days before the event: 60% of the cost per person.
Canceled 40 or fewer days before the event: 100% of the cost per person.
